A new hobby protects men from premature ejaculation and even prolongs erection

Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual health complaints. Most men experience it at one point or another in their lives, and not all seek help from qualified professionals. Scientists conducted a study and concluded that a new hobby most likely protects men from premature ejaculation and even extends the duration of an erection.

Premature ejaculation can occur for a variety of reasons – depression, anxiety, guilt, stress, drugs, sexual abuse or lack of body acceptance.

A study was conducted at Anglia Ruskin University, the participants of which were 105 patients diagnosed with premature ejaculation. This experiment investigated how physical exercise might help them.

Attention – for those who want to maintain an erection longer in the bedroom, it’s time to remember yoga. It turns out that one yoga asana can help men who suffer from premature ejaculation – the downward dog position.

Volunteers who practiced yoga noticed an average increase in erection time from 26 seconds to a minute and a half.

According to the authors of the study, yoga improves reproductive functions, regulates hormones, stimulates mental activity, helps more effectively control factors that increase the risk of premature ejaculation, and also strengthens the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Another study was conducted in which 38 men practiced yoga. After two months, it was observed that their sexual stamina increased.

The authors of the study concluded that “yoga is safe, well tolerated, and effective for the treatment of premature ejaculation because yoga asanas help reduce stress and anxiety.”

A third study in this area divided participants into three groups. The representatives of the first group used dapoxetine (30 mg), which is intended for premature ejaculation. Participants in the second group ran at least half an hour a day, five days a week, for a month. Participants in the third group had to walk no more than half an hour a day, five days a week.

It was observed that the problem of premature erection was effectively solved in the groups that ran and took the medicine. True, there were no significant differences in the results of the participants of these groups, which allows us to conclude that sports are not less effective than medications.

“These results are based on studies involving a small number of men. More research is needed in this area, although it is clear that physical activity can benefit all men,” said university lecturer Lee Smith.

He emphasized that exercise is not only beneficial for men diagnosed with premature ejaculation: “Many men are not always satisfied with their sexual performance, so lifestyle changes and the use of certain methods could help prolong the duration of an erection.”

Delayed Ejaculation – Why Does a Man Have Difficulty Reaching Orgasm?

  • How To Last Longer In Bed: For Him And For Her

How To Last Longer In Bed: For Him And For Her

The numbers don’t lie. Most couples take 5-10 minutes to reach orgasm. How to last longer in bed? Read these five effective tricks.

    Control your breathing

Premature ejaculation depends very much on how you and your partner breathe. Accelerated breathing is one of the signs that an orgasm is coming. If you control the frequency of your breathing and exhaling, and breathe slower and deeper at the right time, you will almost certainly prolong the desired effect.

How to last longer? Use your tongue

A smart way to last longer is to use your tongue. No, it’s not about oral sex or chatter. Do you feel that the peak of sexual pleasure is coming? Place your tongue on your palate behind your teeth. This trick will almost certainly stop the orgasm for a while and you will be able to enjoy the process a little bit longer.

    Do exercises

Another reliable way for a woman to prolong sexual intercourse is to train her pelvic floor muscles with Kegel exercises. Classic version: quickly compress and relax your vaginal muscles for 10 seconds, then relax for the same amount of time. Perform these exercises 3 or more times a day. (Read more here.) Such intimate vaginal training is not only useful for prolonging sexual intercourse, but also helps a woman prepare for childbirth and regenerates tissues after childbirth. In addition, these exercises, especially in combination with the use of vaginal balls, reduce the development of many inflammatory processes in the genital area.

    Change the position

Properly chosen sex pose can also prolong pleasure. Remember these three positions:

    • Man on top: partner should limit amplitude, slow down, breathe deeply and tighten abdominal muscles;
    • Woman on top: this is an easy way to prolong sexual intercourse without additional stress, especially if the man is not lying down but in a partially sitting position;
    • On one side: This position requires the least amount of physical effort from both partners, with only a small amount of body movement.

    Don’t forget the foreplay

The gentlest extension of erotic games is foreplay. Many partners are too excited during sex and want to take advantage of the situation as soon as possible. In this case, it particularly affects men. They become nervous and restless because they do not want to lose the magic and passion of the moment. And now try to imagine that making love is not a sprint, but a moment of relaxation and enjoyment. Give each other a romantic foreplay. Flirt with your partner, tease him/her and make this an exciting game where you both enjoy the distance you walk rather than the finish line. Then the question of how to last longer will disappear by itself.

10 tips for not finishing so fast

Have you already tried to think about buying winter tires, transferring the current project to work, and even recalling the last visit to your mother-in-law, but still can’t prolong the love activities so that you don’t reach orgasm so fast? And no, you’re not the only one. Urologists believe that almost every man at some point in his life has experienced ejaculation too quickly. The problem is not pleasant, but most often it can be solved. Here are 10 tips on how not to finish so fast.

    Biological feedback

The idea that a person is able to regulate his own neurophysiology, or how the human body responds to feelings, is played out here. There are several types of biological feedback, but to combat ejaculation too quickly, the best way might be: you have to bring yourself to the very threshold of orgasm and then stop all activities until you are able to control your arousal. By repeating this many times, you will be able to teach your mind and body to better control the onset of orgasm.

    Compression

Feeling that your orgasm is already very close, stop and squeeze your penis in the area just below your head. Do this very carefully, with your thumb and forefinger, so that the urethra is compressed. This compression reduces sexual tension, but it, in turn, allows to delay the onset of orgasm.

    Choose the right pace

In some cases, choosing the right tempo can also help. Usually, when watching porn movies, their characters act quite intensively, but in real life, more intense movements usually also mean a faster end. So try to listen to your feelings and try to keep to the optimal rhythm. However, don’t do it too slowly, as your partner may not like it.

    Make her finish first

If you help her finish first (with her mouth, fingers, or a sex toy), then the very fact that she is already finished can partially relieve your tension.

    Take a breath

It helps in stressful situations and can also help during sex. The moment you feel that the end is very near, take a deep breath and hold your breath. Your heart rate should slow down and your eruption will be canceled for a while. It is not forbidden to do it more than once, but this type requires certain skills and may not be possible for the first time.

    Local anesthesia

Various sprays and lubricants for local anesthesia can be used to reduce limb sensitivity and consequently delay orgasm. Used properly, you will be able to control the level of sensitivity of your penis without affecting your partner. Here, however, you need to be a little careful, because too much numbness can negatively affect your erection.

    Condom

It is not for nothing that many men tend to complain that when using a condom, the feelings are much more modest than when not using a condom. If you don’t have enough with a regular condom, then you know that many condom manufacturers also produce products with thicker walls. Just look for condoms that promise longer pleasure.

    Removes tension before sex

An old and pretty well-known way not to finish anymore. A few hours before the planned sex removes the tension by hand. This method may not be suitable for men who need a longer break between ejaculations.

    Pills

A favorite tool for many men, which allows you to both improve your erection and prolong sexual intercourse. However, these types of products also tend to have side effects, so it is better to avoid them whenever possible. In any case, it is worth consulting a doctor.

    Go to a specialist

If you think that you have already tried everything, but there is no result, then it is the right time to go to the doctor. Even the above-mentioned tips can be more effective if they are implemented in cooperation with a specialist.
