Urology specialist reveals what men can do to make their penis look bigger.
Doubts that include thinking your penis is too small are not uncommon. According to the publication Men’s Health, many men secretly dream of a bigger penis, and some even use deeply questionable methods that promise real miracles.
Urologist, pelvic organ specialist and sexologist Rena Malik has published a video on her personal YouTube channel in which she explains in detail how to get a longer penis without breaking the boundaries of common sense and without risking your health in any way.
Trim your pubic hair
“Extremely thick and dense pubic hair can hide a significant part of the penis,” explains R. Malika. “If there were no hair, the penis would instantly look longer.”
Try to lose weight
The sexologist reminds that the corpus callosum of the penis extends deep into the pelvic region – it goes behind the pubic bone and reaches the crotch. As body weight increases, fat inevitably accumulates in this area, and the penis, visible under the thick folds of fat, looks smaller than it really is.
Learn how to manage stress
“The state of the smooth muscles of the penis depends on what we call adrenaline control. This means that when the level of adrenaline increases (which happens during stress, anxiety), the smooth muscles contract and the penis automatically shortens,” explains R. Malika.
According to the specialist, if daily stress and anxiety are reduced, these muscles will relax.
An important factor is erection
A regular erection ensures regular blood flow to the penile tissue. When an erection no longer occurs, the oxygen level in these tissues can drop significantly and their elasticity decreases.
In conclusion, Malika says, “No drug, herbal supplement, or cream will make your penis bigger, so save your hard-earned money for something else.”
