Shibari or ‘kinbaku’ (literally meaning ‘beauty of close bonding’) is from Japan and is an erotic art of bonding shrouded in myths and legends. But at the heart of it all is close contact and dialogue between the partners, using a rope as a mediator. This will allow you to discover new and exciting ranges of feelings in yourself and your partner. Shibari is versatile. On the one hand, it is an erotic game, during which very strong emotions are born, the physical and mental rapprochement of the partners takes place. On the other hand, it is a very disciplined use of the rope – a special tying technique. When these two sides merge, a cocktail of sexuality, power, trust, pain and pleasure is formed.

In the master class you will learn:
• A small introduction to the history of shibari;
• Insight into the types of ropes used;
• Types of safety equipment and safety means;
• Tying as flirting, play and dialogue.
In the master class you will learn:
• Basic nodes of tying practice: “single column tie” and “double column tie”;
• How to combine the acquired basic nodes and use them in non-standard ways;
• How to get the desired result with the help of fantasy, using only basic knowledge.

She says about her experience: “I became interested in shibari 8 years ago when I was introduced to it by my partner at the time and offered to be a model. But over time, I realized that I was more interested in being a shibari model. When I became interested, I started looking for information and training opportunities 4 years ago. Initially on the Internet, later – by attending European and Russian rigger (rigger – from English: the one who sins) seminars. I am currently active in both private shibari sessions and events and photo sessions. I also participate and perform at various events and festivals in the Baltics. I want to show that shibari can be much more than just static erotic photos. ”

It is desirable to come to the master class in comfortable, tight-fitting sportswear and with a (yoga) mat. Ropes will be secured. When you come in pairs, you will learn to tie each other. Arriving without a pair, you will also be able to learn the specific knots, wallet yourself, or find a pair among the visitors.
