Researchers have found that a person’s age is one of the determining factors in how much sex is needed.

It will probably not be a surprise that younger people have more sex.

The study says that people aged 18 to 29 have sex on average 112 times a year or twice a week.

Between the ages of 30 and 39, this frequency decreases to 86 times a year, or 1.6 times a week.

Sexual activities for people aged 40 to 49, on the other hand, are half the sex of their 20-year-old colleagues – 69 times a year.

The main fact that emerges from these studies is that as we get older, our chances of developing chronic health problems increase. This, in turn, negatively affects the frequency and quality of sexual activities.

Surprisingly, the study did not exceed the age of 50 and older people, which seems to support some studies that found that sexuality among older people is largely ignored.

Researchers from the University of Manchester analyzed written comments from more than a thousand people between the ages of 50 and 90 to highlight the barriers that some older couples face in maintaining and fulfilling their sex lives.

Many reported signs of anxiety, while men were more likely to associate their lack of sexual activity with health.
